Douglas Laing’s Remarkable Regional Malts series features a blended from each region of Scotland, and while Big Peat is the best known bottling, the other labels have also been able to offer successful editions.
Two new vintages will join the series on a permanent basis:
- Big Peat 12yo, representative of Islay and bottled at 46%ABV;
- The Epicurean 12yo, representing the Lowlands and also bottled at 46%ABV.
They are added to the basic NAS of both bottlings, the Cognac-finished and cask strength versions of The Epicurean and the numerous versions of Big Peat, including the 10yo we had the chance to taste.
